  !AAMG BC. The Daniel Bender Family History p. 647. Per Ezra Beachy, RIN 2171: Came from Reutigen, Switzerland, went to Oberhofen on the north side of Lake Thun and married Margaret Zum Bach. A fire in Reutigen destroyed all the historical records concerning the Buttshi family. Beachys visited a Buttschi family in Reutigen in 1979. Later the grandfather told his son that the ancestors lived in northern Italy on the south side of the Alps. They moved over the mountains into Switzerland. Ezra Beachy 's son Linford later visited the same family and they reported this to him.
